Redeeming an IHRI Learning Gift Card

If you’ve received an IHRI Learning Gift Card, click the Redeem button on your email to select your preferred IHRI program. The Card Number will automatically be applied upon checkout. If the IHRI Learning Gift Card value is higher than the program you intend on attending, the difference will still be available for use on other programs until the expiration date.

Validity

All IHRI Learning Gift Card is valid for use on all IHRI programs for 1 year.

Email Notification

Emails are sent upon successful purchase unless a specific date is provided otherwise. Please be sure to check the Spam or Junk folder in the email account to see if the email notification for the IHRI Learning Gift Card is there.

If the recipient is unable to find the email, have the person who purchased the IHRI Learning Gift Card for you contact our support team at support@ihri.ph with the applicable details. The email must be coming from the registered buyer’s email upon purchase.

Refund Requests

IHRI Learning Gift Card purchases may be refunded within 30 days from the purchase date provided it has not been used in part or in full. To request a refund, email finance@ihri.ph with as many details as possible. The turnaround time for refund completion is 10 days.

Restrictions

Please note that IHRI Learning Gift Card purchases may only be used for personal, non-commercial, and educational purposes. Use of the IHRI Learning Gift Card for commercial purposes is restricted by IHRI.
